Do you charge for postage and packaging within the UK?
There is FREE postage and packaging to deliveries within the UK. All parcels are fully tracked by Royal Mail or Parcelforce for delivery within the UK.
Do you ship outside the UK and do you charge for shipping?
If you would like the parcel delivered outside the UK please contact me as there will be shipping costs.
Customers in Europe are advised to consider customs taxes and tariffs before ordering.
How will the product be packed for shipping?
Paintings sold without a frame will be delivered rolled up in a postal tube or placed flat in a hardback envelope to protect the painting. The painting can be unrolled and is suitable for framing.
Paintings on board or on canvas stretched over a wooden framed will be packaged with robust materials and thoroughly protected. This includes the use of bio-degradable bubble wrap, cardboard, reused or recycled packaging in order to be as eco-friendly as possible.
When will the product be shipped?
All orders are processed from within the UK.
Processing and packaging your order can take up to:
1-3 days for small paintings sent via postal tube.
7-14 days for larger artworks painted on canvas or linen stretched over a wooden frame.
Once your order has been processed, estimated shipping times are as follows:
Shipping to UK : 1-3 working days for first class and tracked service.
Shipping to Western Europe : 1-4 working days, tracked service.
Shipping to Eastern Europe: 3-7 working days, tracked service.
Shipping to rest of the world : 5 - 14 working days, tracked service.
Please note: If the item is being shipped overseas, there is a very slim chance that it can be kept in customs for up to 6 weeks. Please understand that this is a risk with all packages coming out of the UK.
Where will my parcel be sent, if I am paying by Paypal?
If paying by PayPal, I will send the item to the delivery address stated at the checkout, not the PayPal account.
Do you accept refunds?
All item sales are final, except in the case of damage. If your painting has been damaged during transit please make the courier aware upon receipt if possible and sign for as ‘damaged in transit.’
Please email me within 48 hours at kunjanthankey@kunjanthankey.com with any problems regarding your order and I will try my best to rectify and issues.
The item(s) must be re-sent back to the return address for my attention, and be in good condition with the original packaging. No amount can be refunded until the item has been returned in an undamaged condition.
What kind of art materials do you use?
The materials used in creating these paintings are of professional artist grade quality by well known brands such as Liquidex, Michael Harding, Winsor and Newton, Daler Rowney and Jackson’s. These brands provide excellent colour pigment vibrancy and the colour fastness of the paint is of high quality.
